For Schools
It is preferred that all entries are scanned and emailed to the Science Fair Secretary rather than mailed.
Email: Science Fair Secretary
All entries must be received by the Secretary no later than 5 pm Friday 28 June 2024. Entries received after this date will not appear in the printed programme.
Faxed entries should be printed clearly using a black pen to avoid transcription and subsequent translation errors. Any late entries must be emailed and will not appear in the printed programme. All exhibitor entries must be received on the correct exhibitor registration form.
Allocation of exhibitor spaces will be based on 5 entries per category per school i.e. 5 Intermediate Science and 5x Intermediate Technology. It is no longer based on the school roll. A high standard of exhibits is expected. Nominations for the regional competition are the responsibility of the exhibitor's school.
The competition is also open to home school pupils.
Please note that experiments that involve humans or animals being deprived of usual care may require ethics committee approval. Resource information may be found in the links page.
