Registrations:
School registrations are now open and will close on Tuesday 15 July 2025.
Exhibit registrations close at 5 pm on Friday 25 July 2024. Any entries received after this date will not be included in the program and may be excluded from exhibiting.
Science Fair: Thursday 14 August 2025 being held at Equippers Rotorua, 324 Malfroy Road, Rotorua.
Students/exhibitors: All students need to have their displays set-up no later than 8.30 am on Thursday
14 August as judging will commence from 8.45 am. Access to the venue is available from 8 am on the Thursday morning.
Judging: 8.30 am - 1 pm, Thursday 14 August. Due to the short turnaround between judging and prize giving, there will be no list of prizewinners emailed out. We encourage all students and their parents to come along and attend the prize giving.
Public viewing: Thursday 15 August from approximately noon onwards (once judging is completed).
Prize giving ceremony: 3 pm - 4 pm on Thursday 14 August located in the main hall of Equippers Rotorua. The ceremony lasts approximately 1 hour.
Please note that all exhibits not removed immediately following the prize giving ceremony will be discarded.
